Some seats are allotted to ministers in faculties .
A minister asks extra seats to be allotted to him .
But college authority disagrees .
The irritated minister leaves his students in university to fight with other students .
In this many students may be killed .
Then hero enters to keep existence of a pupil however he dies .
Hero gets motivation from pupil mom to combat the minister .
Will he succeed or not ? Forms the rest of the tale..
